Coconut/vanilla proteinbar


INGREDIENTS 
60g vanilla whey proteinpowder
35g dessicated coconut
25g blended almonds
65ml coconut milk (light)
20g dark chocolate (85%)

PROCEDURE 
Fry the dessicated coconut until it gets a light brown color. Mix the dry ingredients with the coconut milk. Form 3 bars and pour the amelted chocolate on them. You can melt the chocolate in the microwave. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes until dry and transfer to the fridge. These are absolutely amazing! Best post-workout snack.
