This bread were actually supposed to rise while in the oven. And that didn't happen! Though it turned out amazingly great and it's definitly not the last time I make this.
INGREDIENTS
1+1/4 cup oats
40g vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggwhites
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup finely shredded zucchini
1/4 cup blueberries

PROCEDURE
Make half of the oats into flour using a foodprocessor. Mix all ingredients. Pour in a loaf tray with baking paper under. Bake on 175C for 25-30 minutes.
